Which package should I pick?
SILVER fits most local businesses: four to six pages, a real logo and branding, email setup and hosting handled. Pick BLACK if you need a professional presence and nothing more. Pick GOLD if you want to edit content yourself, run more than one language, or need a booking system or calculator. PLATINUM is for software rather than a website.
Are the prices fixed?
The package prices are fixed for the scope listed. Add-ons are quoted from the published ranges once I know what is actually needed. PLATINUM projects get a written quote after a scoping call. You always see the full price in writing before any work starts.
Do I have to pay a monthly subscription?
No. Every website is a one-time build: you pay the project price and you own the result. CARE and CARE+ exist because most clients would rather not deal with hosting, backups and updates — but they are optional and can be cancelled at any time.
Who owns the website?
You do, on full payment. You get the code, the domain, the hosting account and the design files. Nothing is locked to me, and you can move to another developer without asking permission.
What do you need from me to start?
Your texts and images if you have them, your logo if one exists, and access to your domain. If you do not have copy, the copywriting add-on covers it. Missing material is the most common reason a project slips, so early is better.
How long does it take?
BLACK is one to two weeks, SILVER two to three, GOLD three to five. Those clocks start once I have your content and pause while work sits with you for review. PLATINUM is scoped per project.
Can you work on my existing website?
Yes. Small fixes work well on Pay as you go at €40 per hour. If the site needs rebuilding rather than repairing, a package is usually cheaper than fixing it piece by piece, and I will tell you which case you are in.
What about AI features?
Basic AI integrations are included in GOLD, and a chatbot is available as a €200–500 add-on. Larger AI work — document extraction, retrieval over your own data, internal assistants — falls under PLATINUM.
Do you work with clients outside Würzburg?
Yes, across Germany and remotely throughout Europe. Everything runs by video call, email and phone. I am in Central European Time.
How does payment work?
Half on booking, half on delivery for packages. PLATINUM projects are split across milestones. Payment term is 14 days from invoice date, by bank transfer.
